EXPLORING CONNECTEDNESS BETWEEN REGULATORY IDENTITY AND STRATEGIC OUTCOMES

This study aims to extend the concept of organizational identity, soul culture, and its five characterizing attributes, namely, purpose, philosophy, priorities, processes, projections, regulatory space. It has been done through a thematic review previous articles. Although few academic articles in public policy arena have dealt with one or two these there is lack holistic evaluation framework covering all attributes identity. After building an understanding how elements evolved regulation domains, we hypothesized that processes projections need be aligned core identity (constituted by priorities) for achieving strategic outcomes. On other hand, change long-term strategy should trigger reassessment priorities followed realignment culture guide decision-making actions. Finally, since practices, both internal external, are actions keep alive, therefore, they framework.
